Kathleen Moore, DVM

Dr. Kathy Moore joined Barry Road Animal Hospital in the spring of 2019. She earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Missouri in 1989. She was a small animal practice owner in Lee’s Summit, MO for 23 years.

When not at work Dr. Moore enjoys taking road trips with her husband Kerry, gardening, reading and watching sports. They have recently become “empty nesters,” having raised 6 children. Their home still remains active with four dogs and one cat.

Dr. Moore believes in taking a proactive approach to your pet’s well-being with a focus on preventative health care; and as your pet ages, she tries to help each pet have the best quality of life possible.
