Emily Williams, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Emily J. Williams is a compassionate and experienced veterinarian with a deep commitment to animal care. Born and raised in Leawood, Kansas, Dr. Williams always knew from a young age that she wanted to become a veterinarian. Her dedication to this dream led her to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree from Holy Cross College, graduating in 2008. Following her passion, she attended the Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree in 2012.
Throughout her career, Dr. Williams has had the privilege of practicing in several states, including Maryland, Colorado, Missouri, and Kansas. Her clinical interests are particularly focused on internal medicine, geriatric medicine, and feline medicine. She prides herself on providing the highest quality care to her patients.
At home, Dr. Williams enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her two beloved pets: Addy, a beagle mix, and Zoey, a cat. She is also a proud wife and mother to three children—Bennett and twins Sam and Sara. Outside of her veterinary practice, she loves engaging in creative activities like crafts, along with taking walks, swimming, and playing with her kids.
Dr. Williams's warmth and expertise make her a trusted and cherished member of the veterinary community, and she continues to inspire with her commitment to both her patients and her family.
